What's Happening in The Garden

Roses on their last go round, though they still look good however. They had a good year. No more daily watering of the containers. Cool Nights. Time to Transplant and add some plants for Fall color. Inside: Cattleya Orchids starting to bloom. Will need to cool down Phalaenopsis Orchids in order to get them to set their blooms. Ordered clear plastic "Orchid" pots for all my Orchids as their roots do not look as good as I wish, but they are doing nicely. Putting on great new growth. I feed once/week with Orchid Fertilizer and Super Thrive. Will cut down on fertilizing as the cool weather sets in. Have built up my Cactus collection by leaps and bounds, they are doing wonderful. Oldest Cactus is 7 years old.
